Step 1: Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection
Before leaving the factory, every machine must pass a complete testing process:
- Running test：Power-on and dry-run to verify that all actions are smooth and accurate;
- Metering calibration：Filling accuracy is repeatedly adjusted to ensure consistent net weight;
- Appearance and assembly check：Welds, pipelines and fasteners are inspected one by one to eliminate hidden risks;
- Trial run per customer requirements：For special materials or special bottle types, trial filling is carried out under actual working conditions before the machine is approved for release.
Only machines that pass all tests are qualified to move on to the packaging stage.
Step 2: Export Packaging
Equipment shipped overseas goes through long-distance transport and multiple handlings — packaging directly determines the condition of the machine upon arrival. Based on the customer’s requirements and the chosen mode of transport, we provide protection at every level:
- Anti-rust and moisture protection：Exposed metal surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil, and electrical components receive moisture protection;
- Machine securing：The machine base is firmly fastened to the packaging foundation to prevent shifting during transport;
- Sealing protection：Waterproof sealing is applied as required for sea or land transport to withstand long-distance shipping conditions;
- Accessories packed separately：Filling nozzles, pipelines, wearing parts and tools are individually packed by category, accompanied by a detailed packing list;
- Complete documentation：Manuals, drawings and relevant certification documents travel with the machine for easy customs clearance and future use.
Step 3: Delivery and Shipment
Once packaging is complete, we confirm the shipping method and delivery requirements with the customer in advance:
- Domestic transportation is arranged according to the freight forwarder or logistics provider designated by the customer, delivering the goods safely to the agreed handover point;
- Packing list, shipping marks and cargo information are double-checked before shipment to ensure the goods match the documents;
- A complete shipping notice and tracking information are provided on the day of shipment, so the customer and forwarder can coordinate smoothly;
- After delivery, we provide installation and commissioning guidance documents, and customers can always contact us for technical support if any issues arise.
